One way to really improve your business is to make sure you have the ability to accept credit cards. I run a small store and we sell sweets and other goodies.  We recently increased our range and now sell imported American goods which are proving popular.  The only downfall was that these items cost more and many people did not have the cash on them to purchase any.

I accept credit cards now and I have seen a very positive increase in sales.  Although people come in worth small change I am finding that the impulse buys such as the American products are selling well.  Even if the customers only wanted a little treat I am now finding that they are willing to spend more simply by putting the goods on their credit or debit card instead.

Being able to accept credit cards really is essential in this day and age.  I am thrilled how easy the terminals are to use and I feel they give my business a professional feel that it was lacking before.
